Patrice Vidal operates Vin sur Vin, a small restaurant with only eight tables. The menu is very seasonal and boasts many original dishes. Not uncommon are dishes like squid turnovers, pancake of squid or duck served with peaches. The restaurant's wine list is classic. This restaurant is highly recommended.
