Labeled a modern restaurant, the decor of Chilberta proves this to be wrong. The tremendous amounts of flowers in the restaurant create the ambiance of a true Parisian restaurant. The owner, Monsieur Richard, makes sure that this is a festive restaurant. The food is very good Modern French, and service is stylish. Reservations are needed.
